Tools
Thinking tools,not calculators.
A calculator does your arithmetic. These do something more useful: they find the assumptions your plan is quietly resting on, and tell you which of them your own evidence does not yet support.
No 01 · FreeRevenue Reality CheckHow much revenue you actually have, how healthy that growth is, and what it says about the next stage. It reconciles what you won with how much ARR grew, finds where growth rests on one deal or on your network, and names the biggest risk: performance, visibility or execution. No 02 · FreeMarketing Plan & Budget PlannerThis one really is a calculator, and it says so. Put in current revenue, your target, ACV, close rate and the budget you have, and it works out the pipeline behind that plan, month by month. It will not tell you whether the plan is realistic. It will tell you what the plan is asking you to believe.
NextMore on the wayEach one takes a decision founders usually make on instinct or on a borrowed benchmark, and gives it a structure instead. If there is one you want, say so on a fit call.
Every assumption these tools fall back on when you do not have a number is published in full, with what each one is for and what changes if it is wrong for you.
